The Confederation of African Football, commonly known as CAF, was founded on February 8, 1957, in Khartoum, Sudan. CAF FOOTBALL currently hosts 54 affiliated national teams across Africa. The complete list as of August 2023 is at the end of this article.  To start, we will dive into the achievements and notable moments of a few teams that have made a significant impact on the African football landscape.

1. Egypt - The Pharaohs:
One cannot discuss African football's powerhouses without mentioning Egypt's national team, known as the Pharaohs. With a record seven African Cup of Nations (AFCON) titles, the Pharaohs symbolize dominance and prowess. Structure and Organization of CAF:
